At the end of Deathwing's turn, if Cataclysm has twenty or fewer madness counters, add zero to three madness counters to it, determined at random.
If Deathwing is dealt 4 or more damage in one turn, remove a madness counter from Cataclysm.
At the start of Deathwing's turn, if Cataclysm has:
1-6 madness counters: Put a Corrupted Blood ally token into play for each madness counter.
7-12 madness counters: The MARKED hero's controller destroy two non-hero cards he controls.
13-19 madness counters: The MARKED hero's controller destroys four non-hero cards he controls.
20+ madness counters: Destroy the MARKED hero.
